Day 1

Arrive JRO, meet and transfer to Panone Hotel or Snowview Hotel for overnight bed/breakfast.

Day 2

Morning drive to West Kilimanjaro on the base of Mt Kilimanjaro for cultural  tour of Olpopongi Maasai village, guided tour in the village with lunch at Olpopongi. Late afternoon drive to Mkuru Village for dinner and overnight in bus tents on wooden platforms.

Day 3

Full day trekking to Longido and  Maasai steppes on camels with packed lunches, return to Mkuru camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 4

Depart for Arusha national park with picnic lunch for game viewing and guided walk. Dinner and overnight at Meru Lodge.

Day 5

After breakfast drive to Mulala Village a typical rural setting where villagers are mostly subsistence farmers who grow coffee, bananas, vegetables and fruits or  Tengeru Village, taste locally grown and roasted coffee, late afternoon drive to Arusha for late lunch. Short tour of Arusha before being transferred back to the airport for flight home.
