Overview

This quick yet enriching 2-day safari offers a glimpse into some of Tanzania’s most iconic landscapes and wildlife. Start your journey from Arusha with a drive to Tarangire National Park, where you’ll enjoy a day of game viewing and a picnic lunch amidst the park’s vast savannahs and ancient baobab trees. In the late afternoon, continue to your overnight stay at either Country Lodge Karatu or Ngorongoro Farm House. On the second day, embark on an early morning drive to the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day tour, exploring this UNESCO World Heritage site and its abundant wildlife. Conclude the adventure with a scenic drive back to Arusha

Day 1

Depart from Arusha for Tarangire National Park with picnic lunch for game viewing. Late afternoon drive to Country Lodge Karatu or Ngorongoro Farm House

Day 2

Early breakfast, then drive to Ngorongoro crater for half day crater tour with picnic lunch, late afternoon drive back to Arusha.
